Tracking Information
Kindly be aware that obtaining your tracking number does not guarantee the immediate arrival of your package.
Initially, tracking information is created prior to the parcel completing its journey through the logistics network. Updates will commence once the item has been scanned into their system. However, in some cases, it may take more than a week to complete this scan.
It is perfectly ordinary for there to be a lapse of time between:
- Receiving your tracking information.
- Seeing your first tracking update.
- Final delivery of your order.
Important
- It may take a few days for tracking updates to become active.
- As soon as the logistcis company starts updating the tracking, delivery will ensue.
- Rest assured, this is a normal step in our standard fulfilment process and does not warrant any worry.
